In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the lq777 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities where required:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lq777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the platform, or any game played on lq777, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their lq777 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lq777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of the lq777 platform, regardless of whether lq777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lq777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malware. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which lq777 accepts no liability.

lq777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, use of stolen payment instruments, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player against legitimate lq777 transactions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe as requested by lq777.
• Any activity that lq777, in its sole discretion, deems harmful to the integrity of its platform, other players, or its business operations.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure for reasons other than verified breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lq777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

lq777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights regarding deposits, withdrawals, bonus structures, or self-exclusion — lq777 will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the contact details on file, or by publishing a prominent notice on the lq777 platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the lq777 website.

Your continued use of the lq777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact lq777 support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
